Answers to the most common questions about BonusLevel apps — downloads, updates, privacy, and how to reach out if something's wrong.

FAQ
Are BonusLevel apps free to download?
It depends on the app — pricing and any in-app purchases are always shown on the App Store listing before you download. There are no surprise charges once you're in.
Which devices and platforms are supported?
BonusLevel apps are built for Apple platforms — iPhone and iPad, targeting the current and previous major iOS version. Some titles may also support iPadOS or visionOS where noted on their App Store page.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Use the support link on the app's App Store listing, or its in-app feedback option where available, and include a short description, your device model, and your iOS version. Every report is read personally — there's no support ticket queue.
Do your apps collect personal data?
Each app's App Store listing includes its exact privacy label. As a general rule, BonusLevel apps collect only what's needed to function, use minimal analytics, and never sell data to third parties.
How often do apps get updated?
Updates ship when they're ready rather than on a fixed schedule — typically every few weeks for actively developed titles. Release notes are posted with each version on the App Store.
Can I follow development before a game or app is released?
Not yet in a dedicated way — for now, check back on this site occasionally for updates on what's in progress.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple, not by BonusLevel. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How can I get in touch?
Each app's App Store page lists a way to reach out directly. There's no single general mailbox for the site — contact goes through the specific app you're using.
STILL STUCK?

If your question isn't answered above, check the support link on the app's App Store listing — that's the fastest way to reach the person who actually builds it.
